Terms

Order Acceptance:

1.All Debit and Credit Card orders will be subject to our security and address check: both electronic and manual. If we are unable to match your information with your billing address, we will contact you for more details.

2. We may additionally require you to provide us proof of address and bank statement to verify your information and also an order request on your business letterhead to be faxed to us. This is required to minimize any identity fraud and for your own security.

Payment on our site:

1. We accept PayPal on our website. We also accept bank transfer and cheque payment subject to status and approval.

2. We will only charge your card once your order has been complete and only for items which are available in stock for same/ next day dispatch.

3. Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full. If payment is declined by your card issuer, or your cheque is not honored by your bank, we will treat the order as cancelled

Delivery Time:

1. All orders placed before 3.30 p.m. will be processed same day subject to payment authorization and security check clearance.

2. We use overnight parcel services of trusted companies to deliver your goods. Your order once processed may arrive at your address up to 5 p.m. next working day.

3. Deliveries on Saturday can be requested subject to an extra surcharge.

Returns Policy:

1. We will only accept faulty items within manufacturer’s warranty

2. All faulty items will be exchanged if available in stock, or credited if out of stock.

3. All faulty items must be returned to us by first class recorded delivery or courier.

4. We do not offer a sale or return policy, and all items must be returned in original packaging with exact contents when bought.
