Payment on our site:

After you place your order, we’ll send you a draft invoice outlining the available stocked items
Once you approve, we’ll email a tax invoice with your allocated discount applied that can be paid by on your account with account number,or bank transfer
or credit card payments over the phone.

2. We will only charge your card once your order has been complete and only for items which are
available in stock for same/ next day dispatch.
3. Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full.
If payment is declined by your card issuer, or your deposit is not honored by your bank,
we will treat the order as canceled
Delivery Time:
1. All orders placed before 3.30 p.m. will be processed same day subject to payment authorization and security check clearance.
2. We use overnight parcel services of trusted companies to deliver your goods. Your order once processed may arrive at your address up to 5 p.m. next working day.
3. Deliveries on Saturday can be requested subject to an extra surcharge.
Returns Policy:
1. We will only accept faulty items within manufacturer’s warranty
2. All faulty items will be exchanged if available in stock, or credited if out of stock.
3. All faulty items must be returned to us by first class recorded delivery or courier.
4. We do not offer a sale or return policy, and all items must be returned in original packaging with exact contents when bought.
